This city is one of the most legendary places to eat in the world.&nbsp;&nbsp;I have summarized some of my ultimate favourite spots in The Big Easy and even included a few venues beyond food.&nbsp;&nbsp;Most spots require reservations in advance.&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><em>WHERE TO EAT<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/chophousenola.com\/\">Chophouse New Orleans<\/a>&nbsp;\u2013 An old-school steak house, with attention to detail, live entertainment, and a chic atmosphere.&nbsp;&nbsp;Close to Canal Street, a traditional steak house with 28-day-aged streaks, a seafood platter that has it all, and a gigantic chocolate cake!&nbsp;&nbsp;We may have ordered the cake for my 40<sup>th<\/sup>&nbsp;birthday \u2013 each took a small piece and then shared it with the table of 6 behind us!&nbsp;&nbsp;Where there is food, there will be memories!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/www.mrbsbistro.com\/\">Mr. B\u2019s Bistro<\/a>&nbsp;\u2013 Creole cuisine in the heart of the French Quarter with a casual bistro vibe, vibrant Louisiana style food combined with that southern hospitality.  Hot Tip, don\u2019t forget to leave room for their hot buttered pecan pie!  It&#8217;s an explosion of sweetness and is best paired with some richly aged Port.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/antoines.com\/\">Antoine\u2019s<\/a>&nbsp;\u2013 Established in 1840, this is country\u2019s oldest family-run restaurant!&nbsp;&nbsp;Here you have French-Creole inspired cuisine that makes for a delectable dinner in a charming setting in the heart of the French Quarter and Bourbon Street.&nbsp;&nbsp;What\u2019s not to love about Parisian inspired food with a southern kick?&nbsp;&nbsp;Make sure to leave room for the cr\u00e8me brulee.&nbsp;&nbsp;Looking for something midday instead &#8211; check out their impressive jazz brunch! dining, there are plenty of choices for you to indulge and be entertained.&nbsp;&nbsp;The&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.therooseveltneworleans.com\/dining\/fountain-lounge.html\">Fountain Lounge<\/a>&nbsp;offers options of small plates with extraordinary cocktail menu and live entertainment.&nbsp;&nbsp;The&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.therooseveltneworleans.com\/dining\/the-sazerac-bar.html\">Sazerac Bar<\/a>&nbsp;offers signature cocktails and is where you can taste the world\u2019s first mixed drink.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.crescentcitybrewhouse.com\/\">Cresent City Brewhouse<\/a>&nbsp;\u2013 The only French Quarter Microbrewery, this is a perfect spot to sample the local craft beer.&nbsp;&nbsp;Pair your beer with endless snacks and starters such as baked oysters three ways, baked brie, smoked fish dip or fried alligator.&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><em>WHERE TO BRUNCH<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.courtoftwosisters.com\/\">Court of the Two Sisters<\/a>&nbsp;\u2013 Pass through the charming gates and you will find more than just a restaurant.&nbsp;&nbsp;In the heart of the French Quarter you will discover traditional Cajun and creole cuisine paired with amazing Jazz here.&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.cafebeignet.com\/\">Caf\u00e9 Beignet<\/a>&nbsp;\u2013 Located on Royal Street in the French Quarter, you will find this little gem that not too many people know about.&nbsp;&nbsp;Most people opt for the Instagram worthy Caf\u00e9 Du Monde, but this place is quaint and even better, in my opinion, without the tourist lines.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.arnaudsrestaurant.com\/\">Arnaud\u2019s<\/a>&nbsp;\u2013 Since 1918, this upscale restaurant has been featuring live Dixieland Jazz with authentic creole cuisine and is often referred to as&nbsp;the most beautiful dining room in all of New Orleans.
