food?&nbsp;&nbsp;The local cuisine is a combination of bursting flavour profiles from Britain, Spain and the Caribbean.&nbsp;&nbsp;Here are some of my favourite places to experience the unique taste that Bermuda offers.&nbsp;&nbsp;To help with the budget, I had a larger brunch at the hotel before starting the day, typically sharing something smaller mid-day, leaving left room for a later dinner.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Tempest Bistro \u2013 You will find this spot in St. George on the water.&nbsp;&nbsp;It\u2019s the perfect alternative to seafood with inspiration from French and Italian foods.&nbsp;&nbsp;This is a great spot to grab lunch in a charming building with stone arches and vaulted ceilings.&nbsp;&nbsp;It is a bit pricier than some of the other options in town, but everything is home-made and delicious in this family style restaurant.&nbsp;&nbsp;A true culinary delight in this town.&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.fairmont.com\/southampton-bermuda\/dining\/oceanclub\/\">Ocean\u2019s Club<\/a>&nbsp;\u2013 If you don\u2019t feel like traveling far then dine right at the Ocean Club where you can take in the ocean with the waves rolling in the background.&nbsp;&nbsp;Offering the freshest local catch of seafood, the speciality options are endless.&nbsp;&nbsp;Noteworthy options include the bacon-wrapped scallops or the Bermuda style Rock Fish.&nbsp;&nbsp;It is like you entered a seafood lover\u2019s paradise with Bermuda\u2019s best ocean views, the perfect combination.&nbsp;&nbsp;Reservations recommended.&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.fairmont.com\/southampton-bermuda\/dining\/thedock\/\">The Dock at the Waterlot<\/a>&nbsp;\u2013 A beautiful setting, here you will find waterside dining where you can catch the sunset over Jews Bay.&nbsp; An excellent menu, superb service and each course was well presented.&nbsp;&nbsp;You can opt for cocktails while listening to music or experience the full dining experience.&nbsp;&nbsp;This is the perfect spot for sharing tapas specifically the spreads, organics, meat &amp; cheese and the short rib sliders!&nbsp;&nbsp;Reservations recommended.&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/bistroj.bm\/\">Bistro J<\/a>&nbsp;\u2013 Located in Hamilton on a charming alley off Front Street, you will find this amazing little gem.&nbsp;&nbsp;There is a prix fixe menu which changes daily and also allows for the freshest food possible to be served.&nbsp;&nbsp;This bistro has a European feeling and smaller portions.&nbsp;&nbsp;Although the portions are small you will leave feeling completely satisfied.&nbsp;&nbsp;There are two or three course options and I recommend the three course, so you can enjoy the incredible dessert.&nbsp;&nbsp;Reservations recommended.&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.devilsislecoffee.bm\/\">Devil\u2019s Isle<\/a>&nbsp;\u2013 This is a cozy spot in Hamilton offering breakfast, brunch, lunch and dinner.&nbsp;&nbsp;If you are a coffee person you will want to indulge in the speciality coffees I have been told.&nbsp;&nbsp;I don\u2019t drink coffee, so cannot comment.&nbsp;&nbsp;It has a hip vibe and also includes protein shakes and super smoothies and the combinations are mouth-watering.&nbsp;&nbsp;Grab one to go and sip on it while you tour around the harbour front.&nbsp;&nbsp;An amazing selection of organic home-made bread for the avocado bake or crush or any
