there is no secret that Paris is a feeling and Paris and romance go hand in hand.&nbsp;&nbsp;I love Paris in the Spring, in the Winter, in the Fall or on any day at all.&nbsp;&nbsp;Everywhere you turn you see and feel love \u2013 lovers strolling hand in hand, picnics in parks, couples getting engaged by the Eiffel Tower, families breaking bread, iron street lamps, Haussmannian rooftops and toy chimneys.&nbsp;&nbsp;As you explore, your love affair with Paris will continue to blossom.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>First off where to stay?&nbsp;&nbsp;Le Marais of course!&nbsp;&nbsp;One of the most popular areas in Paris and known for its architecture, trendy art galleries and vintage shops.&nbsp;&nbsp;You know I prefer to stay as a local, so I recommend checking out some&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.airbnb.ca\/rooms\/38397070?location=Paris%2C%20Le%20Marais%2C%20France&amp;check_in=2020-07-03&amp;check_out=2020-07-10&amp;source_impression_id=p3_1589918843_VLNy5zYBy2cqpN3X&amp;guests=1&amp;adults=1\">AirBnBs<\/a>&nbsp;in this area in the heart of a charming historic quarter.&nbsp;&nbsp;If you prefer a hotel, I love Marriott hotels and would recommend the&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.marriott.com\/hotels\/hotel-rooms\/parpr-renaissance-paris-republique-hotel\/\">Renaissance Paris Republique Hotel<\/a>.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\"><figure href=\"https:\/\/www.toureiffel.paris\/fr\">Eiffel Tower<\/a>&nbsp;\u2013 Standing 324m tall, it is the iconic landmark for Paris.&nbsp;&nbsp;You can admire it from almost anywhere in the city, but worth going up to the viewing platform to take in a different view of the city.&nbsp;&nbsp;My favorite is viewing the tower at night where the sparkling lights dance in the crisp night air.&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\"><figure class=\"aligncenter\"><img loading=\"lazy\" width=\"768\" height=\"1024\" href=\"https:\/\/www.notredamedeparis.fr\/\">Notre Dame<\/a>\u00a0\u2013 The famous cathedral demonstrating traditional French Gothic architecture.\u00a0\u00a0Although you may not find a hunchback in the bell tower, it did offer some of the most picture-perfect snap shots of the city of love.\u00a0  However, it is still under construction since the fire but can be still be admired. as one of the most impressive museums in Europe and home to Da Vinci\u2019s masterpiece the Mona Lisa, you can view art and sculptures here.&nbsp;&nbsp;If you love museums, it may be best to get a pass where you have access to over sixty museums for two, four or six consecutive days depending on the length of your stay.&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\"><figure class=\"aligncenter\"><img loading=\"lazy\" width=\"768\" height=\"1024\" src=\"\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/07\/101-0134_IMG-768x1024.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-2474\" srcset=\"\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/07\/101-0134_IMG-768x1024.jpg 768w, \/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/07\/101-0134_IMG-225x300.jpg 225w, \/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/07\/101-0134_IMG-665x887.jpg 665w, \/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/07\/101-0134_IMG-195x260.jpg 195w, \/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/07\/101-0134_IMG-750x1000.jpg 750w, \/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/07\/101-0134_IMG.jpg 1200w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 768px) 100vw, 768px\" \/><\/figure><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.musee-orsay.fr\/\">Musee d\u2019Orsay<\/a>&nbsp;\u2013 Located close to Lourve and it hosts the best impressionist and post-impressionist work in Paris.&nbsp;&nbsp;It will not have the medieval art flare of the Louvre, but is home to masterpieces of Degas, Monet and Van Gogh.&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.musee-orangerie.fr\/\">Mus\u00e9e de L\u2019oragneire<\/a>&nbsp;\u2013 A smaller but mighty, lesser-known museum close to the Louvre.&nbsp;&nbsp;It is one of my favourite Parisian sites!&nbsp;&nbsp;It houses Monet\u2019s water lilies in a gorgeous oval shaped room, Miro, Picasso and many other famous artists.&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/www.sacre-coeur-montmartre.com\/\">Sacr\u00e9-Coeur<\/a>&nbsp;\u2013 This Sacred Heart of Paris is located at the top of the hill in Montmartre overlooking the city of lights.&nbsp; This Basilica is worth the trip offering a different vibe than Notre Dame.&nbsp;&nbsp;Looking for souvenirs \u2013 you can find plenty of local shops at the bottom of the stairs.&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\"><figure class=\"aligncenter\"><img loading=\"lazy\" width=\"1024\" height=\"768\" \u00c9lys\u00e9es<\/a>&nbsp;\u2013 Home to some of the best shopping the world has to offer.&nbsp;&nbsp;The tree-lined street offers a specular approach to the&nbsp;<a href=\"http:\/\/www.paris-arc-de-triomphe.fr\/\">Arc de Triomphe<\/a>&nbsp;and is worth a stroll down, perhaps sampling some of Paris\u2019 finer pastries along the way.&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div is the most beautiful avenue in Paris.&nbsp;&nbsp;Start at Notre Dame heading west, walk along the bank admiring the quintessential Parisian roofs, bouquinistes, incredible bridges including Pont Alexandre III, Pont Des Arts, Pont de l\u2019Alma and Pont Neuf.&nbsp;&nbsp;One thing about me is I love picnics, what better spot then along the Seine taking in some of the sites \u2013 the Lourve, the Eiffel Tower or the Les Invalides.&nbsp;&nbsp;If you don\u2019t feel like walking all the way back to where you started, board a&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.getyourguide.com\/discovery\/seine-river-l2601\/?campaign_id=6654173973&amp;adgroup_id=76427540862&amp;target_id=aud-905885567962%3Adsa-84666501466&amp;loc_physical_ms=9001077&amp;match_type=b&amp;ad_id=388136451967&amp;keyword=&amp;ad_position=&amp;feed_item_id=&amp;placem\">Seine River Cruise<\/a>&nbsp;to take in the sights.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img loading=\"lazy\" width=\"1024\" height=\"724\" src=\"\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/07\/leonard-cotte-r5scocnoodm-unsplash-1-1024x724.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-2175\" href=\"http:\/\/www.chateauversailles.fr\/\">Palace of Versailles<\/a>&nbsp;\u2013 Approximately one hour from Paris, I recommend taking a day trip to explore this Chateau, getting lost in the gardens and soaking up the extravagant lifestyle of France\u2019s former monarchy.&nbsp;&nbsp;To avoid crowds, I recommend sight-seeing in the reverse of the traditional, starting with Marie-Antoinette\u2019s estate, the gardens and then finishing in the palace.&nbsp;&nbsp;I recommend renting the bikes or golf carts to tour the garden \u2013 it is an incredibly large property.&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul
