2018<\/figcaption><\/figure><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>When we are not staying in an AirBnB, we will opt for a hotel with a gym.&nbsp;&nbsp;On the very rare occasion that we may stay in a place that doesn\u2019t have a gym, I will use my go-to Hotel HIIT Room workouts in my room!&nbsp;&nbsp;However, if we have the equipment we will squeeze in a quick workout in the hotel gym.&nbsp;&nbsp;I like the variety here and tend to stick to super-sets to increase effectiveness in a shorter time frame.&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>I have included some of my favourite hotel gym workouts with
